About us - Behind the Scenes: Our Story

When Swapnil (@Founder) started Swapneal Technologies (Now Nilede Technologies), The name was randomly derived from his personal name i.e Swapnil with a change in spelling, In the last 7 years Swapnil has worked for many big organizations like Redhat and many more US/UK projects which cannot be revealed because it was via a third party agency, Many of projects came from references or B2B connections, This helped him to get experience with maintaining proper industry standards and work ethics. At the same time managing a team of developers gave him experience in delegation and leading the team in the right direction.

While running a software development company, Many founders offered to trade their equity in exchange for reduced costs of development from us. Our team's work, communication, and commitment ethics are what they have liked about us. This gave us an idea of why not help more founders like how we helped Ronald, Founder of Discoveri CRM, Reach-me  and Reinis, Founder of BST Coach, Josh from Denver, USA, Cully & Meade from Georgia, USA, and many more.

But this comes with its pros and cons, so we evaluate each founder's idea and do thorough research, and then only do we invest our resources and expertise, so we look for founders who are fully committed to the success of their ventures. But again, We offer a range of business models, including equity trade, traditional payment, subscription modal, and hourly-based payment models.
