Using this website

The website describes our software development services and our work. Its content is for general information only. It is not an offer, a quote or a commitment to provide services, and nothing on it creates a contract between you and us. The website has no user accounts and takes no payments.

You may browse the website and contact us through it. You agree not to misuse it: do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or misleading material.

Intellectual property

The content of the website, including its text, design, graphics and code, and the Nilede name and logo, belong to Nilede Technologies Pvt Ltd or are used with permission. Client names, logos and product names shown on the website belong to their owners.

You may view, share links to and quote short extracts from the website with a credit to Nilede. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use the content, or use the Nilede name or logo, without our written permission.

Third-party links and products

The website links to other sites and products, including Khoj (khoj.me), Recap (recap.nilede.tech), client websites, Calendly and social networks. Each of these is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by these terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.

Client engagements

Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement between that client and Nilede. The scope, timeline, fees and code ownership are set in that agreement. Under our standard engagement, the code we deliver belongs to the client. If anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

No warranty

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". We make no warranty that its content is complete, current or free of errors, or that the website will always be available. Descriptions of past work and typical timelines are not a promise of the same result for your project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nilede is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from relying on its content.
