For agencies

A development team behind your agency, under your brand.

For design, marketing, and product agencies that sell software work but don't keep engineers in-house. We build it, you present it, and your client only ever deals with you.

HOW IT WORKS

From brief to client presentation in four steps.

  1. NDA and intro call

We sign your NDA, or send ours, before any client detail is shared. Then a 30-minute call with Swapnil, our founder.

  2. You send the brief, we send a written scope

You get a scope, estimate, and timeline in writing, so you can quote your client with confidence. If we're not the right fit, we say so.

  3. We build in your tools, or through you

We can join your Slack and commit to your repo as part of your team, or work entirely through you. You choose.

  4. You present to your client

You get a working demo and a written update every week, ahead of your own client meetings. The work goes out under your name.

WHAT WE TAKE ON

The engineering work your agency sells.

  • New builds

Web apps, mobile apps, and SaaS products built from your designs or your client's brief, through to launch.

  • Overflow when your team is full

Extra developers for a project you've already sold, working to your process and your code standards.

  • Maintenance and support

Bug fixes, updates, hosting, and small changes on products you've already delivered, so your team can move on to new work.

  • AI add-ons your clients ask for

Chat and search over a client's own data, summarization, and workflow automation. You can try this kind of work in our two live products, Khoj and Recap.

YOUR CLIENT STAYS YOURS

How we protect your client relationship.

Non-solicitation and ownership are written into the contract. The rest is how we work on every project.

White-label by default

The work goes out under your brand. We don't name your agency or your clients without your written permission.

Non-solicitation clause

We agree in the contract not to approach or work directly with the clients you introduce us to.

One named engineer you can talk to

You get a single lead who knows the project and answers your questions directly. We reply within one business day.

Overlap hours agreed in writing

We're based near Mumbai. Overlap hours agreed with you in writing cover calls and live questions, with written updates the rest of the day.

The code belongs to you or your client

The code belongs to you or your client. It lives in your GitHub and cloud accounts, or your client's, from day one.

ENGAGEMENT

Two ways to work with us.

We don't publish rates. You get written terms after a call, once we understand the work.

  • ONE PROJECT AT A TIME

    Per-project quote

You send a brief and we return a written scope, estimate, and timeline. Best when the work is defined and you need a number to quote your client.

    Written terms after a call.
  • ONGOING

    Reserved monthly capacity

A set amount of developer time held for your agency each month, to use across clients. Best when you have steady work and don't want to wait for a new quote each time.

    Written terms after a call.

PROOF

Work you can check before you call.

Try Recap, a live product we built

Recap is our AI changelog writer for GitHub. When a pull request merges, it reads the diff and publishes a readable entry. It includes a plan for agencies, and it is live, so you can judge our work yourself.

QUESTIONS

What agencies ask first.

Do you talk to our clients?

Only if you want us to. By default we work through you. If you ask, our engineer can join client calls alongside your team.

What happens at handover?

The code is already in your repo and cloud accounts, or your client's, so there is nothing to transfer. The code belongs to you or your client, and we can stay on for support and hosting if you need it.

How fast can you start?

We confirm a start date in the written scope, before you commit.

What if we need to pause?

Pause and notice terms are agreed in the contract before work starts. The code delivered up to that point stays in your accounts.

Need more development capacity?

Tell us what your client needs. We'll sign an NDA first, and you'll talk directly with Swapnil, our founder.
