Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through nilede.tech, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Our products (Khoj, Recap, Overlay and Agency Cloud) and the software we build for clients have their own terms and privacy notices.

Who we are

This website is operated by Nilede Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Nilede", "we", "us"). We decide how the personal data described here is used.

Nilede Technologies Pvt Ltd
A5, Parshuram Bhavan, Near Bank of India
Dombivli 421201, Maharashtra, India
[email protected]

The site is a marketing website for our software development services. It has no user accounts, takes no payments and shows no prices.

What we collect

Details you send us

  • Contact form. Your name, work email, company, what you need, your budget range and the project details you write.
  • Email. Anything you send to [email protected], including your email address and the content of your message.
  • Call bookings. When you book a call you do it on Calendly, a separate service. Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and chosen time) and shares the booking with us.

Details collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4. It sets measurement cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical details such as your browser and device type.
  • Embedded map. The About page embeds a Google Map. When that page loads the map, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
  • Server logs. The provider that hosts this website may keep standard request logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in a message unless it is necessary.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry.
  • To schedule and hold calls with you.
  • To prepare a scope, estimate or proposal you have asked for.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the website. Where consent is required, for example for analytics cookies in some countries, we rely on your consent.

Who processes it for us

We share personal data only with the providers below, and only as far as each one needs it to do its job. Each has its own privacy policy.

  • Plunk (useplunk.com): delivers the contact form to our inbox as an email. The details you enter in the form pass through Plunk.
  • Our email provider: stores messages sent to and from [email protected].
  • Calendly: handles call bookings.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google): website usage measurement.
  • Google Maps (Google): the map embedded on the About page.
  • Our hosting provider: serves the website.

The fonts on this site are served from our own domain, not from a font service. The site links to other websites, including our products, client sites, LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook, Instagram and Medium. Those sites are run by others and have their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose personal data if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Cookies

The website itself does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics sets measurement cookies, and the embedded Google Map may set cookies on the About page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site works normally without them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data while the conversation with you is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. If you become a client, the information needed for that engagement is kept under the agreement we sign with you.

Where it is processed

We are based in India, and enquiries are processed in India. The providers listed above may process data in other countries, including the United States. If you contact us from outside India, your data will be transferred to India and to the countries where those providers operate.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data;
  • stop or limit a use of your data that you object to;
  • stop relying on your consent, where we rely on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you specific rights. This includes the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, the GDPR in the European Union, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India, data protection law in the United Arab Emirates, and privacy laws in some US states. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Wherever you are, we will respond to any request sent to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Security

We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
